As the state's chamber of commerce and manufacturer's association\, LABI is Louisiana's largest business advocacy group\, representing more than 2\,200 business members and 324\,000 employees. Prior to his role at LABI\, Will served as president and CEO of the Louisiana Automobile Dealers Association (LADA)\, based in Baton Rouge. He also served as director of LABI's Civil Justice Reform and Employee Relations councils from 2014-2016.\n\nWill has served on numerous local and national boards and commissions\, including the National Automotive Trade Association Executive's Board of Directors and the American Truck Dealers Board of Directors. He is a frequent speaker at state and national insurance and legal conferences and has been recognized as one of the Baton Rouge Business Report's Top 40 Under 40.\n\nWill is married to Kristin Loup Green\, and the father of two children. He obtained his Juris Doctorate and Civil Law Certification from Mississippi College School of Law and his undergraduate degree\, Cum Laude\, from Northwestern State University. He still holds his law license in addition to his Louisiana Life\, Accident and Health Insurance License.
