2. Fill out the entry form linked above and submit it by mail or by email to Lacey@broussardchamber.net.

Quick Look:

• Cook a jambalaya - any way you like! Contestants should cook enough to serve a minimum of 150 4oz servings.
• Contestants will be responsible for booth set up, tents, water, propane, trash bags and cooking supplies
• Family-friendly, free community concert
